Production Time (The "Made-to-Order" Process) At Juno, we believe in mindful creation over mass production. Every jacket is Made to Order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for our artisans to cut, embroider, and finish your piece before it is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates Once your order has been crafted and quality-checked, it is handed over to our shipping partners.

• Free Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery in 3–4 business days after dispatch.

• Free International Shipping: Estimated delivery in 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

International Duties & Taxes For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
