All Sales Are Final. Because every Juno jacket is made specifically for you upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or change of mind.
Our jackets are Free Size, designed to fit a wide range of body types. We strongly encourage you to review the detailed measurements provided on the product page before purchasing to ensure the fit meets your expectations.
Damaged or Defective Items We take great pride in our quality control. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Reporting Window: You must notify us within 48 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the courier.

How to Report: Email us at junoclothing123@gmail.com with your Order Number and clear photos/video of the damage/defect.

Resolution: If the item is deemed defective upon review, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you free of charge. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Claims made after the 48-hour window or for items that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
